Breakfast was fantastic but the luggage storage was disorganized and slow.

The experience with breakfast was a bit off, as we received a small pot of tea intended for three, and had to push for an extra one. Wi-fi connection didn’t deliver a consistent experience throughout the stay. Some of the facilities seemed to need a better service check. for instance, the lamps in rooms weren't functioning properly. Parking issues arose, especially during wet weather, as accessing the luggage from the car while finding a space posed a challenge. While the location is appealing, the overall management of room amenities felt a little lacking.

Stunning local views, historical artifact display, charming bar with local beverages
Noise issues from nearby traffic and airport can be quite disruptive!!! Rooms lack basic amenities like shelves for toiletries and more modern features!!! Management should consider improving maintenance and response to guest concerns!!!

I recently stayed here for a weekend and found the staff on the reception desk incredibly helpful, making sure my stay was comfortable while the hotel is conveniently just a five-minute walk from the underground, which made it super easy to explore central London.

Super comfy stay!
Had a nice 1-night stay. The room was super clean, and the fresh water at reception was a lifesaver on such a hot day! The decor has a kinda quirky vibe that I actually liked. The breakfast was pretty tasty too! Just wish the decor was a bit more modern, but it added charm.

We had such a lovely stay here, especially enjoying the big family breakfast and the cozy atmosphere during our two nights. The garden area was a nice touch, perfect for relaxing, and we also loved the leisure room for unwinding in the evening. One small thing was the TV setup, as it didn’t have many useful channels, but it didn’t take away from our overall experience. 😊

Lovely stay in Blackheath!
We spent one night in an Executive Suite. The spot is super cute, right by the park. The buffet breakfast was a highlight, so many tasty options! Our nice room had a fab view, too. Only thing was, the bathroom felt a bit dated. Still, it was a solid place to crash.
